Q.
 My credit card was charged, but I don't here about you. Where is my registration key ?
A. If you've made a payment, but haven't got a payment confirmation from registrar company, please check your order status, it can be unprocessed for some reasons. If you've made a payment, but haven't got a confirmation letter with your serial number (registration code) within a reasonable amount of time, please notify us about that! We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused by those delays. Sometimes the reason is your ISP provider have spam blocked our emails. Do not forget to provide us a order details for we can find your registration info and re-send it to you.

- check the order status, for some reasons it can be unprocessed
- check the email address which you specified during the registration process
- examine your spam filters, it possible blocks our registration letter
- check the firewall and antivirus settings
- contact our technical support service with the request to re-send the registration letter

Q. I received the registration letter and entered the registration code, but when I re-run the software it remains in  Trial mode, what should I do ?
A. Please do not type in the registration key manually. You should copy it to the Windows clipboard by pressing Ctrl+C keyboard combination and paste it to the appropriate program field by pressing the Ctrl+V. Also please check the software name which you trying to register, your registration letter contains the proper software name.

 I have purchased your software but it can't solve my problem, how can I get the help?
A. For a some reasons not all situations can be simply solved. If you have additional needs in recovery, please make the assistance request from our support department. Send your request to our support team, include the order details and brief problem description. Our technical specialists will made the recover for you. 

Q. How do I return the software product for a refund if it doesn't suit my needs?
A. Unfortunately, our software cannot be returned for a refund. Once you have received the paid version it is not possible to verify that you will not use it. Therefore, your payment cannot be refunded. You are encouraged to download and try out the trial versions prior to purchasing product.
